As a stylish mixed-use cultural and residential development, this project boasts a stunning collection of serviced suites and apartments that will set the standard for hotel-inspired living where you can indulge in luxury almost every day. In this rejuvenating haven, you will have everything at your fingertips while others work the magic for you.
The premier services and amenities available to you include 24-hour concierge services, housekeeping, apartment service and catering, a fully equipped gym and spa services, and more.
This place is sure to be loved by the locals as it won't just be a place of convenience or glamour; it will be a place where social community will also be created, and that is wonderful. The gates will be open to the city. This is one of the rare features of this project. The shipyard has been closed for hundreds of years. When it reopens for public use, people will see a part of their city they have never seen before. Then they will be able to say: “This place is part of my history and my life!”
The project is based on the design concept of “live, work and play”.
This concept is at the very heart of our lives today, mainly because of sustainability. In the pre-war period, urban areas were divided into industrial and residential zones. The environment in the cities was very bad to live in. The city was a place of poor health as many people lived there. After World War II, there was a huge modern movement in the 60s and 70s where everything was questioned. People began to want to live, work, and play in one place without having to travel to work, sit in two-hour traffic jams, and without needlessly burning fossil fuels. So having an environment to live, work and play improves your quality of life.
In many ways, the complex will be similar to a town. You will feel as if you are entering a city within a city. I think this will also be the basis of its appeal in the hearts and minds of people for the future.
Living in luxury apartments with historic views
Before losing its natural charm to 18th-century industrial production, Halic was at the heart of a luxurious lifestyle, immersed in lush Ottoman gardens by the water. Coastal palaces and mansions lined its banks, as did along the entire coast of the Bosphorus. Today, only the Ainalykavak pavilion, adjacent to our project, has been preserved as evidence of bygone times. Its charming little garden is the last remaining royal garden from the past, next to the royal dockyards.
Now, the 5-star serviced facilities are set to rekindle Istanbul residents' long-standing love of waterside living. Staying in one of the apartments (by the sea) is comparable to the pleasure of living in an exquisite Ottoman summer mansion along the Bosphorus, but this time accompanied by a breathtaking panorama of the Old City, stretching from the Seraglio (Topkapi Saray) and Hagia Sophia to the old Greek district of Phanar and Feodosievskie walls of Constantinople.
These fully serviced furnished apartments will offer luxurious living inside and out, just 10 meters from the water. Their open plan layout with small kitchens will allow yala owners to enjoy rental services while the social amenities of a nearby 5 star hotel are just a pleasant walk away.
Each block of hillside apartments will be accessible through lush gardens with monumental, perennial trees. Children will be able to play here in a safe and enjoyable environment, above street level.
The buildings will offer several types of apartments with different styles, from rooftop penthouses to duplex apartments with a garden.
Topped by the Galata Tower on one side and Topkapi Saray, Ottoman domes and minarets on the other, Lofts-style apartments will also provide unique panoramic views of the city. All units will have spacious balconies or terraces with unlimited internal and external connections, allowing residents to fully enjoy the surrounding views.
The lower floors of the buildings will house a variety of cafes and designer boutiques organized around courtyards, bringing a neighborhood character to the area. The residents of these residential units will give Tersana Istanbul its true character and create a sense of place, or belonging, where everyone will feel comfortable and friendly.
