Elite tourist complex on the seashore in Dobra Voda

The Madam Palace company is building an elite tourist complex of the same name on the seashore in the village of Dobra Voda in Bar. The conceptual solution was developed by the Intesa Group studio and was approved by the chief state architect.

A five-star hotel with a mixed business model will be built, which will consist of two buildings - A and B.

Building B is designed as a combination of apartments and hotel rooms. In addition to the capacity, it will be equipped with all other facilities required for a high-class 5-star hotel complex. The basement and basement floors -4 provide garage spaces for both buildings, basement floor -3 houses a designed spa and wellness center with a swimming pool and all related amenities, and therefore will serve guests and tenants of both buildings. Basement floor -2 houses a restaurant area with a kitchen, a conference room, and other service areas necessary for the functioning of the hotel complex.

The complex will be completed in June 2024.

The cost of apartments starts from 5000 E/m2.
