Elite tourist complex on the seashore in Dobra Voda

The Madam Palace company is building an elite tourist complex of the same name on the seashore in the village of Dobra Voda in Bar. A conceptual solution developed by the Intesa Group studio, which was approved by the chief government architect.

A five-star hotel with a mixed business model will be built, which will consist of two buildings - A and B.

Building B is designed as a combination of apartments and hotel rooms. In addition to capacity, it will be equipped with all other facilities necessary for high-category 5-star hotel complexes. The ground floor and ground floor -4 provide garage spaces for both buildings, the ground floor -3 houses a designed spa and wellness center with a swimming pool and all associated amenities and will therefore serve the guests and tenants of both buildings.. The ground floor - 2 there is a restaurant area with a kitchen, a conference room, as well as other office premises necessary for the functioning of the hotel complex.

The complex will be completed in June 2024.
