I am selling a house in Krucha, on the 2nd line from the sea, 60 meters from the beach, 2-3 minutes walk. The house is 2-storey, with a total area of 148 meters, and additionally has a huge terrace of 25 meters on the ground floor opening onto the garden, two large balconies of the bedrooms on the top floor and a small balcony on the entrance side. The house is surrounded by a plot of 400 m2, with tiled paths, an English lawn, shrubs and young garden plantings. There is a parking space for two cars on the site.

The house was built from the very beginning for a family; it is a rare example in Montenegro of a family home, rather than an apartment for rent, which makes it especially cozy and pleasant to live in.
